Re: Parents and banned video-game related stories?

Sadly, the parents that take this approach are blasted and called terrible parents when they allow their kid to play some game outside of their ESRB age group. Too true. My mom gave me a lot of freedom growing up and let me make my own mistakes and learn from them and I think I turned out a better ...

Re: Parents and banned video-game related stories?

My own story relating to this is when my dad forbade me from buying Phantasmagoria at the age of 15. I was a huge Sierra fan at that point, and still am. I couldn't figure out his objection. I asked him straight up what bad things he thought would happen. He had no answer, and fell back on the &quo...

Re: "What do you do for a living?" Thread

Also, I am going to learn coding, this is something that always attracted me. I also attended an accountancy ...

Re: Why DON'T you kill people?

I see what you mean. But even though not very many people take psych meds (at least compared to drinking water or even playing video games), 90% of the killers did take psych meds. So it sure isn't a coincidence, BUT psych meds don't necessarily have to be to blame. It's probably that those people ...

Re: Why DON'T you kill people?

Psych meds linked to 90% of school shootings m This is crazy paranoid rambling. Please don't take it seriously. Psych meds do not make you kill people. This is even worse than the reports claiming that video games make you kill people because it's possible this will scare away people from taking th...

As for me, I don't kill, because it would be very tough for the people related to the dead person. It would hurt them immensely. And I don't want to make people suffer.
