IMHO very few of those will be beat without practice though, which was a stipulation in the first post. Yes there are many 8/16 bit games that are 10-30 minutes long once you're good at them and know what you're doing and where the enemies will be coming from.

Felix the Cat for the NES. A good game that can be beat under 2 hours

How about kung fu on the nes? It takes about 20 min to beat.

I was including playing a and b mode luke. I always played a and b versions on those old nes carts

Get one of those Taito/Midway/Tecmo arcade compilations.

Credit feed like a boss.

You'll be knocking off 6-7 games per day.
