I'm very much into boxing. I'll give my thoughts on yesterday's fights (excluding Forrest/Mora which I haven't yet seen): Kelly Pavlik TKO3 Gary Lockett : Not much to say, really. Lockett was badly out of his depth against Pavlik, and it didn't help that he stood right in front of the heavy-handed c...

I never encountered nor do I know what APE ones are. APE is Monkey's Audio, which is a lossless form of audio compression. The nice thing about this is that, not only will audio encoded in this format be smaller than their original WAV counterparts but, once you decompress APE back to WAV, you will...

Here's a list of games I've compiled from the Madroms Saturn database that are listed as having a peripheral code of 'E'. As mentioned earlier, this denotes that a game is compatible with the analogue functionality of the 3D pad. Advanced World War Sennen Teikoku no Koubou Afterburner II Airs Advent...

The closest I've come to finding a list of games that support the 3D pad is to look for titles in the Madroms Saturn database that have a peripheral code of 'E' (denotes that game is compatible with 3D pad) or 'A' (denotes that game is compatible with Mission Stick and/or 3D pad). The bad thing abou...

I also use Verbatim media for Saturn images and burn them at 4x speed with Nero, and the burned games work fine on my Saturn.

A really good eBay deal I got recently was Bulk Slash for the Sega Saturn for a measly £2.50, which is about $5. And it wasn't the version with the crappy embossed front cover that sticks to the case. It was in mint condition with all the inserts, too.

My personal take on the classic NiGHTS is that it is truly a classic game that, now more than ever, I can appreciate the core values that it stood for. It just had, and still does have, that free-form gameplay style and feel good factor that keeps me coming back not to beat previous scores or anythi...

Thanks for fixing the link. I've never dealt with this store, but from looking at the eBay feedback of the guy who runs it, he looks like a trustworthy seller (only one negative piece of feedback in 7 years): m Also, on the order page he says that he ships worldwide. I know that the usual rule of th...
