I think it's either a scam or a hacked (burned) version.

That's the Xbox version of Shenmue 2. Oh, and a great deal for two great games :)

Reasons for getting the dc version over the xboxs??

Because the Dreamcast Rules and the Xbox sucks major fat ass....and that ass has herpes and hemerroihds with more dimples on it than a golf ball.

The Xbox doesnt have part 1, which means you cant carry your save file over to keep your goodies. Also, he xbox one is dubbed in english, whereas the dreamcast one uses original japanese voices with subtitles.

Does anyone know if a save file from the US version of Shenmue is compatible with the PAL version of Shenmue 2??

You have to manually convert it. There are some guides on how to do it. However recently, this tool should be able to do it for you. It's one of it's many features:

Normally you would have to get the save file onto your PC through various methods, but this allows you to edit the file on the memory card itself.
