My collection at the moment.
Most of the collection is games I have owned since when they came out. Just started collecting Japanese import games recently (replaced my PAL Fighting Vipers for the cheap Japanese one for PEPSI MANNNN)

All US titles:

Great seeing all these responses. I see a lot of real gems too. I envy those of you who have Panzer Dragoon Saga. I may just break down at some point and just download an iso for it. Some day I hope to own it though.

Couple other games I think I'd like to get some day:

Cotton2/Boomerang(graphics look gorgeous)
soukyugurentai(awesome soundtrack from what I've seen on youtube)
Mr. Bones(just because I like quirky games)

Picked mine up PAL off this guy in Jersey... he had it listed to only be sold to US people, and no one bid on it. Got it for like 30 bones. Hells yeah!

Of course this was like 5 years ago.

Nah, you're not sick. You should see my fairly large collection of PS1/PS2 games. Though in retrospect I regret pumping so much cash in the PS1 back in the day and ignoring the Saturn. My current longterm goals are to pick up some more Saturn games over time to fill out my collection. The ones I have now are kind of the ones I wanted the most so I'm happy for now.

I also have a nice collection of Dreamcast games, with just a couple more I'd like to own in the future.

One day I want to start collecting Neo Geo games too, but I know that AES carts are ridiculously expensive(makes Saturn collecting seem very cheap by comparison). So I'm hoping to save up some money one day for a Neo Geo MVS cabinet. I always wanted an arcade machine in my house, and the day I have the money for it, this will probably be the best option. Then I'll just buy MVS carts which are supposedly much cheaper than their home console versions.

Here's one cool Neo Geo game I would love to play on an arcade machine some day:

God I love beat'em ups.
