Re: Need advice on getting replacement 360

It's actually not impossible to fix the 3rrods. It's a $6 gamble that I think is worth taking. Look it up.

Re: GC Broadband and Component Find -- Do I need them?

Kirby is pretty awesome, but for me it had a very steep learning curve. That said, I own two copies. The BBA is totally worth it. MarioKart with 8 players is absolute mayhem. But bullcrap about the 90% luck. When we played at work there were 2 or 3 people (out of 8) who actually fought for first place.

Your best option (assuming you don't plan on getting an Action Replay to cheat) is probably SD Media Launcher, unless you prefer to keep your homebrew on bootable discs. If you pefer that, I'd say pick up an Action Replay from gamestop for $10-15 an...

Re: Cross Platform Discussion - Six Generations and Counting

My first console was the NES in about '88 and then we got a SNES for Christmas a few years later. Skipped over N64 (though a friend lent me his to play Zelda, and I used UltraHLE to play Mario64). Got a GameCube about a year after release for smash brothers and monkey ball. Got a Wii about a year af...
