Gamecube pick up and play puzzle/party/multiplayer games

Here's the deal, I'm currently working on finishing my basement and turning it into my new gameroom. My plan is to put a TV with a gamecube behind my bar that you can play while sitting at the bar via wavebirds. So, what I'm looking for is some games that would fit this. Like you wouldn't sit down and play through Zelda, but you would play some Super Monkey Ball.

I've got pretty much all the Mario Party and Sports games covered, Super Monkey Ball, Time Splitters 2(awesome multiplayer game) and the Midway Arcade Treasures that all fit what I'm shooting for here. So, what else would fit in with these?

I would suggest Wario Ware, but since you're putting it in a bar, I realized that this game and alcohol are probably not a good combination.

Pac Man vs is a must in my opinion.

Don't you have to use the Gameboy Advance link for that though? This is going to be somewhere I don't want to deal with any wires, sort of why I'm making that the Gamecube tv. If I had more wireless options I'd have other systems in this spot as well.
