Re: What are the best single cart multiplayer games on ds?

Tetris DS is single cart multiplayer, although it's kind of hard to come by and is getting expensive.

You can't go wrong with Bomberman though. Eight player battle mode is complete chaos.

Re: Most Prized Game.

I too would have to go with my copy of Earthbound. I've had it since 95 and it holds a lot of sentimental value. I don't know what I'd do if something were to happen to it. Out of all of my games it is the one that I really keep track of. When I moved I carried it with me instead of with the rest of...

Re: I am terrible at Metal Gear

Wow, thanks for the input everyone! I'm glad I'm not the only one out there who is awful at stealth games.

I am terrible at Metal Gear

I am seriously terrible at these games, and the only one I've ever played in any capacity was Metal Gear Solid. I own most of them including the two disk version of Subsistence and I really love the world they build for it, but I am so awful at these games. They just feel really alien to me. What I'...

Re: i just got into the metroid games

Super Metroid keeps providing entertainment long after you've finished it off. Once you learn how to break the game things get that much more interesting. Using weird little glitches you can sequence break the game and get items you're not supposed to get until later in the game. Or if you're really...

Re: What Are The Hardest NES Games Ever?

Ninja Gaiden is pretty rough. I could never play those games to any real level of proficiency.

If you want to get into Japanese games, Beat Takeshi's Challenge is pretty anger inducing.

Re: SNES vs SuperFamicom

Was there a particular reason why the US/Canada got the funkodelic model instead of the standard design? I know the whole point behind the toaster NES was to avoid comparisons to the failed game consoles of the crash - Was 'The Color Purple' number one in theaters and Nintendo saw an opportunity? I...

Re: SNES vs SuperFamicom

I've always preferred the SFC design over the SNES design. The purple and how boxy it is has always been kind of a turn off to me in comparison to the sleek look of the SFC.

Re: What will Nintendo Do After Wii?

I have this weird belief that the Wii was designed the way it was to basically print money and enable them to fund 3DS development. The continued money printing from the Wii mixed with the inevitable money printing of the 3DS considered, I have a feeling Nintendo is going to have a lot of cash to si...

Re: Do you buy "limited edition" games?

I don't buy the limited edition of every game I want, however I am totally a sucker for big boxes full of useless goodies that come with my games.
