Re: Inferior Saturn Ports
just curious about the In the Hunt booting issues.. is this an issue with the NA release specifically? I only have the JP version and it never gave me any issues.

Re: Inferior Saturn Ports
people say the the PS1 version is better of In the Hunt, but I don' think the slowdown affects the game much in the Saturn version.. much like Metal Slug 1 or 2 on the Neo Geo.

Re: Inferior Saturn Ports
I loved the Saturn SOTN (Dracula X) when it came out merely for the extra content.. not only the extra 2 levels, but the ability to play as Richter and Maria from the start.. as well as the 3rd hand, and a plethera of extra items. HOWEVER... looking back overall,, the PS1 is still the better game fo...

Re: Inferior Saturn Ports
I had always heard the same was true with SotN, but I didn't know the specifics. That extra area has me wanting to give it a go sometime. The main 'Issue' with Yasoukyoku on the Saturn is that the 3D sprite work wasn't handled perfectly, and the transparencies aren't as pretty as they are in the PS...

Re: Sega Saturn Action Replay won't work! Help!
I'm glad the Action Replays are still easy and inexpensive to get new because they sure do fail a lot. I've gone through about 4 of them over the years. I play a lot of Saturn imports, I should just mod my damn system or just get an japanese saturn..

Yeah, i actually prefer the Jaguar version to the others slightly. Surprisingly I like the music and sounds much better. Hard as nails though, especially towards the later levels.

Re: Atari Jaguar: what should my next cart be?
Theme Park is probably the best game on the console but its lacking in music. OK game, but may as well just find it cheaper if you can. Game doesn't save your progress only the money, so you have to rebuild everything. Not sure if all ports do this or not though, I can't remember as it's been 15 ye...
