also, there's a user on thecoverproject that's making a LOT of replacement cases for different systems right now, i guess he has a source in china. everyone should go over there and talk him into doing saturn/sega cd cases
They do look the best out of all of the Sega cases. I also like they are the same as the Sega CD cases.
But getting a good collection with no damage on the case is almost impossible. It's hard to go to local stores and find a decent library of Saturn games to buy from (at least where I am). So you have to buy online and probably pay for extra shipping cushioning, otherwise the case will probably break getting to you. This is one of the reasons why I think Saturn games can get expensive to collect for.
So yea, I do believe they LOOK the best. The best is the Genesis cases, without question. They are not as stylish, but very durable. Then Dreamcast. Those cases are too plain and the side labels are tiny compared to the Genesis and Saturn.

I'm with Apple, i fancy the clunky Sega-CD/Saturn cases! hinges aren't for shit, but they're distinctly 90's pieces on the shelf, especially seeing modern ones of thin plastic with eco-holes in them, haha.

They're techinally not identical to the SCD cases. The hinges don't match if you try to trade out the doors/open lid. SCD pins are smaller. But yeah, they look the same on the shelves

Actually, I think the first run of Sega Saturn cases had the smaller pin hinges like the SCD as well.
