I have never used Netflix in my entire life.
But the Wii is one of my favorite gaming systems ever.

Were there any Nintendo published games that received a patch over the network? I seem to recall one or two games that actually received patches for one reason or another. Might be good to grab those while you can.

you guys i think they are leaving the essential servers active, like updates, nintendo eshop, etc. they're basically shutting down the multiplayer component of the games.

I am reading about that one now, looks like Nintendo published a guide online to avoiding the bug and also allowed for sending in your save file to have it fixed or something? Not sure but it doesn't look like a traditional downloaded patch. I also remember something about SmashBros not working with certain systems because it came on a dual layer disc. Wonder if that was a patch...Jagosaurus wrote:Did Other M?Purkeynator wrote:Were there any Nintendo published games that received a patch over the network? Well, considering the fact that I still have my launch Wii, and have logged countless hours playing it vs. the 3 PS3's that I bought and died shortly after, I'll take it out of the 3 of that gen anyday.

Just realised I typoed the date before. It's May 20th, not May 30th

This really sucks because I play Mario Kart Wii almost every day. I knew it had to come to an end soon but I was just hoping they wouldn't drop it for a long time. We should get some online matches together here in the community before it goes down!
I am buying all Saturn games, PM me with your offerings and I will let you know if I need the game or not! (Everything must be CIB)
Currently trying to knock off all the sports games, would like to get them <$5 each! Of course if you would like to donate them I will gladly pay the shipping!
