Arcade Stick for PC and Dreamcast

Hey, I'd like to get an arcade stick that I can use with my PC and my Dreamcast. I want something that plays really really well. I've seen the x-arcade, but I'm skeptical. Does anyone have some suggestions?

I've never played that game. Whenever I want to play a roguelike, I generally turn to ADOM (ancient domains of mystery); it's loads of fun and doesn't have an impossible learning curve.

I generally play as a gnomish wizard, elven wizard or archer, human ranger, or a trollish healer.

Haha, I'll take that as a compliment. I saw it when I was playing through pokemon crystal (I'm not ashamed) and I thought it was funny, so I looped it into a gif.

edit: it looks alot better at 125x125, but I had to scale it down.
