This is an odd topic. Much like puppets themselves, I can't decide if it is creepy or fun.

There are enemy marionette dolls/puppets in many Castlevania games.

I did think about clockwork knight, but yeah, that's toys more than puppets. Don't remember if there were any puppet bosses or anything...

I feel like I had several more puppet games in my head when I thought of this topic a few days ago but am now drawing blank...
