So the Jets signed Vick. And the front office's string of awful decisions continues.

I'm already predicting a losing season for the gawd damned jets.

My gf is a Mets/Jets fan. She hasn't been too happy about them the past few years, to say the least. That said, the Jets are my 2nd favorite AFCE team (Dolphins), the Pats and Bills FTL
Final Fantasy IX is the best one

I assume you won't be going to see Draft Day, then.

Is every player in the draft in their 40's? They certainly don't look anywhere close to being in their twenties,

Lol I was thinking the same. Maziel is the only one who looks under 25.

He looks mid 30's in my eyes, especially after the SI piece.

Age is covered up for draft purposes and such, but no doubt a lot of "college" players are seven years deep into the college game, have families, and so on. "True" is a word that isn't often repeated in the NCAA football bracket.

However, one and dones are the NCAA B ball ballers. Not so much for the college football dudes. I don't have to wonder why,

Yay cherry picking a quote to make it fit your needs! I mean, no. Don't pick and choose what you want to fit your argument, and instead make an argument using someone's entire post.

And eat a pretzel. The soft kind. They're delicious. I dip mine in mustard, but they're great with only salt.

Can't really argue with that.

But if we start throwing around insults about hot dogs...aww man are you in for a beatin'.

I's be name dropping. Not only do I know an NFL QB (well, retired/fired/who knows NFL QB) he's married to one of my best friend's Sister (who was also in athletics).

"Mid Twenties man..you take your time, you add stats, you impress schools and go for an extra four years by any means... Age is a factor, but scouts and agents forget age when it equals in experience and numbers. Unless you a running back or receiver (and this guy worked with a potential HOFer). Dem folks might not even see guaranteed money. Most of my opponents are close to 30 and all have kids. A Masters degree in commun-i-ca-caytions is still another four years on the roster, and a better lead in to get a job in the NFL"

I swear to God herself he said "communi-i-ca-caytions".
