Even so, the IRobot ocean story was debunked by an ex-Atari employee in 2009.CRTGAMER wrote:Interesting Atari story to finally maybe be confirmed? I'm still waiting for the Arcade cabinets dumped in the ocean to be rediscovered, I think it was the I Robot game, doubt any could be restored though.

I've seen NORMAL ET games going up on eBay since the news broke. Typically the game loose goes for around 5 to 10 dollars on eBay. With CIB going for around 20. Since the news broke, the loose copy of the game has been going for over 20 dollars. I haven't seen any CIB's however so I think the news about it is driving up the price on eBay since people want to have a "copy" of it for some reason.mas wrote:I wonder if anyone will put some on ebay as collectors items and see if it goes through the roof in price.
