I've also watched "Wordplay" recently - all about crossword enthusiasts going to a big yearly crossword tournament.
May sound boring, but as a huge crossword fan myself, it was fan-freakin'-tastic.

Y'know, I feel like it's time, honestly. I really hope he has a good season, and is able to go out on his terms. He's had some injury issues these past few years, so I'd love to see him go out strong (and maybe get one more ring?).

The Corporation [already mentioned] is an excellent choice - really made me think when I saw it back in college.
If each mistake being made is a new one, then progress is being made.

I watched KAZ: Pushing the Virtual Divide
It's amazing to see how much the creators of Gran Turismo put into getting the most out of the game medium to achieve close to reality, and finding out that there's a team of real-life racers winning races by using the game and training by the GT team to win the races. Everyone interviewed is so dedicated to achieving perfection that it's amazing to watch. Everyone is a pro at what they do and they show how their hobbies helped them to be the best at everything they work on. Highly recommended.

Koyaanisqatsi is Hopi for "Life Out of Balance." The purpose of the documentary was to show you how the world has changed by the introduction of not only man but industrialization. When it released in 1982 there was nothing really like it ever released, coupled with the soundtrack by Philip Glass that is just mindblowing, I highly recommend this one. The sequels Powaqqatsi (Life in Transition) and Naqoyqatsi (Life as war) are not as good as the first.CRTGAMER wrote:KoyaanisqatsiThis documentary SUCKS! Montage shots of Earth shown in fast forward. Are you kidding?
