What Flashlight do you like to use?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

That's good to know, but I've found the LED ones to be better.

Speaking of, my new LED Maglite... I used it maybe 2 or 3 times since I got it. I had it in a tool kaddy for a week or two during a job and it got knocked around a bit. The on/off button got messed up. The button still works, but it's broken. I'm kinda pissed. Gonna have to find out if I can get a replacement part.

In other flashlight news, I have something almost exactly like this:

I've been seeing those a lot recently. They're mostly up by the register in hardware stores and such. They're only a buck or two, and they feel like they're cheaply made, but they're worth every penny. It has LEDs on one side so you can use it as a regular flashlight. Press the button twice and that bed of LEDs lights up instead. And it's really bright. It's GREAT for enclosed areas. Even better, it has a magnet on the back. I've been doing oven repairs, and they're perfect inside of an oven. I'd imagine they'd be great with cars too. They also have that little plastic hook which folds out from the back, I guess it's useful to hang it from something but I got it for the magnet. For the $2 I paid for it, I'm more than thrilled. Also, I keep it in my tool bag so I'm sure it gets knocked around a bit. Never had a problem with it yet, which is surprising since it feels like it'd break real easily.

Dude, there are flashlight forums. Don't underestimate anyone's desire to have a discussion or a fandom about anything.

My truck is too  I had so much stuff in the tool box that it started overflowing into the cab. Luckily I got an underseat storage for the back seats. I've tried cleaning it out, but I always seem to need everything in there.

And I gotta go with a Mag light although I do have about 7 of the small led flashlights scattered around.

I clicked on "View new posts" and had to do a double-take on the thread title. Thought it said Fleshlight at first.

In that case, someone needs to start a toilet paper thread.
