I played through the demo a few times to make sure it's worth the purchase, and yeah... I think it's pretty fuckin' good!

It's also on PC and PS3 if anyone is interested in checking it out
It is currently $4 on GMG for the PC.

I'm really enjoying Urban Chaos on PS2... the riot shield dynamic & grittiness look like they've been done before but I'm impressed. Very fun game. Surprised I didn't hear more about it back then.

How is this one?
It's fun. There's lots of over-the-top horror and western cliches mashed together. Gameplay-wise, it runs you through different kinds of scenarios to keep things fresh, including 3rd person rail-shooter segments on horseback.

Ack wrote:So I've begun finally playing through Postal 2. I've played it a fair bit before but never actually tried to finish it! But so far, so good. Last night I made it through Monday and am now partway through Tuesday. I have to confess my sins and get Gary Coleman's autograph. Shouldn't be too hard.
I quit soon after Gary Coleman. I tried, but just got bored.

I've only played the PC fan port of Doom 64, but yeah I think it's fantastic and gets pretty challenging.

Ghost Recon is finished, on to Ghost Recon 2!

More TPS than FPS! But, graphics/sound better, story looks to be a heck of a lot better too (and tied in somewhat with Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory!) I'm missing the ability to command 2 squads and the ones that you DO have are pretty piss poor at shooting, so far.

Plus, why does the radio voice have to yell? GHOST! GHOST! GHOST!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gamecube. I've learned over the Rainbow Six, Splinter Cell, and GR series that these ports get a heck of a lot of stuff hacked out of them compared to the Xbox and PS2 releases, probably due to the media storage size? I still enjoy them, but I know there are features and maybe some story bits that get taken away to make it fit on the smaller discs.

I want to get this! I played at a friend's house and was blown away. I always dismissed this because it wasn't the PC game.

Right now I'm blasting through Shadow Warrior (new one), Deus Ex: HR, and Far Cry 3.
