That would be Cyber Monday not Black Friday. Do you guys have Black Friday sales on here?
Nope that would be Black Friday as well. I bought almost everything on Friday and online. Online has almost all the same sales except for a few doorbusters at some places.
I know. This is the part I don't get. I know that some people still don't realize this, but, geez that many? Or do they really enjoy the process?

Many of the deals start on Thursday as boring pointed out - so from the comfort of my home, i'm able to order 90% of the deals I have interest in Thurs/Fri. No lines. Don't get up early (in fact, many of the sites start the deals at 1201am EST on Friday) so i'm ordering at 11pm on Thursday.

I tried to get this on Friday online and the website said it was not available online but if you find one in person at a store they are still honoring the $39.99 price. I gladly went home with a copy that even smelled new today.

I am glad I stopped by while taking the little ones to build a bear

I called eight different gamestops yesterday. That is no exaggeration. NONE of them have trilogy in a metal case, only plastic cases.

I picked up Xenoblade, but I don't really get the hysteria over MPTrilogy. I mean, control scheme aside, it's not even an exclusive for the 1st 2 games (and the 3rd is pretty cheap on its own). And I would think most fans of the series would prefer a normal controller anyhow.

Best I can figure, people go nuts over widescreen options (that or the collector's bug is far more rampant than I know). I think I'll stick to the original aspects though (especially seeing as I'm still rocking on the older TVs).
...just another lost soul...

Ditto to the above. Pikmin also plays excellently with the original Gamecube controller controls (not the New Play Control versions). Tried the MP Trilogy controls and wasn't feeling it. Does anyone know if you can play Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition with the GameCube controller exclusively?

I don't think so regarding Wii RE4, considering there is a GCN RE4. The QTE in the Wii port also uses some waggle.
