SMS Light Phaser doesn't reach far left of the screen
Anyone else had a problem like this? The gun works perfectly except it doesn't reach the very left edge of the screen (I'd say the far left 5-10% of the screen). It's really odd. No problem on the right side. Also, and it might just be my imagination, but it seems to be better or worse depending on the game. Gangster Town it seems to reach a little farther, Rambo III I can't hit anything on the far left, and Rescue Mission is somewhere in between.

Try it on another CRT?

Have you also tried adjusting the brightness on your TV? The Light Phaser tends to be real picky about that.

Hmm no I didn't know that was a factor. Worth a shot, thanks.ApolloBoy wrote:Have you also tried adjusting the brightness on your TV? The Light Phaser tends to be real picky about that.

In addition, turn down the lights and close the shades. Any glare on the TV also could affect the Lightgun reading the lines.Snatch1414 wrote:Hmm no I didn't know that was a factor.
