PayPal - How Long to Receive Payments

I have experience selling on ebay & I know how long it takes to receive your payment depends on multiple factors (shipping #, using their USPS labels, delivery confirmed, etc).

While I have bought several things on different forums, I have never sold on forums. I'm a bit OCD & like to plan out my cash flow when it comes to my collecting.

When receiving a paypal payment for goods & services (such as a BST Racketboy deal), how long do the funds take to become available (ie no longer pending). Thanks. Looking to get away from ebay & sell to others in the community.

it is usually instant, unless the buyer has a history of problems with PayPal or something.

Well for me I sell on eBay sometimes but since I don't do it that often PayPal holds my payment from 2 to 3 weeks.

@ Token. Yeah it takes a bit via ebay unless you've sold a lot & use their mailing labels w tracking.

If you're a first-time seller, they hold it a couple weeks, or something like that from what I remember.

Damn, I didn't even know eBay existed in 1999. I think I was still using FuncoLand's site then (were they still FuncoLand, then?)

Hell, I had just gotten a PC in my house around then. I was like in 8th grade I think, so maybe it was 1997-1998 I got one for the first time. (I did use them in school, though, just couldn't do any online shopping at school)
