Not that I should talk, being from the country that once banned all video games by mistake ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Law_3037/2002 ), but at least our politicians don't put the blame for bad parenting on video games.

Well OK. I guess I'm getting off track.

Anyway... A flash cart should run almost any game.
Besides the obvious. Hacks written for inaccurate emulators, or special hardware like Mario no Photopie.

For the most part, but there are some PAL games that will either not run or have problems on an NTSC console. I owned a French copy of Gauntlet II and it had graphical hiccups when scrolling vertically. Most PAL games should run OK though, albeit at a faster speed.

True. I think I feel for how much work the engineers behind that console's adaption did.
After all NES hardware was never originally intended for PAL.
