Anyway... A flash cart should run almost any game.
Besides the obvious. Hacks written for inaccurate emulators, or special hardware like Mario no Photopie.

For the most part, but there are some PAL games that will either not run or have problems on an NTSC console. I owned a French copy of Gauntlet II and it had graphical hiccups when scrolling vertically. True. I think I feel for how much work the engineers behind that console's adaption did.
