I felt it was better with the 3D pad then the regular pad, minus the R button triggering berzerk issue (which as mentioned before can be fixed by disabling the X button in the options menu)

Never have tried it with the mission stick.

Quake & Duke.

You move a tad faster in Quake with 3D. Saw a YT vid about it. Tested, did seem a tad faster.
