Final Fantasy Dimensions on Android

So I took a chance and downloaded this today. It's got the typical Square price tag but I had some credit to help soften the blow.

It's actually a pretty neat return to the 8/16 bit stylings of the series and, to my own surprise, I'm enjoying it quite a bit.

Anyone else playing this?

I just spit beer on my phone. 20 dollars? If there's a price drop I'd be interested. I think 10 to 15 is my sweet spot for downloadable games.

It's a decent game, I'll wait for a price sale before buying it, but it's long enough to justify the price. I'm just in the majority that have that mentality that since it's a game made for a phone that it's not worth the extra money. Chaos Rings is made by SquareEnix as well and are both great games too worth the larger price tag for a phone game. I just wait for sales.

Also, Dimensions has the first part of it for free, so you can play the first chapter to see if you like it before buying either other chapters, or the full game.

I'm playing a little of the demo right now. It's okay; a cool throwback to the older titles but definitely not worth the asking price.

Check out the Kemco RPGs on Android. I played Symphony of Eternity & enjoyed it. More 16 bit throwback for a $3-$10 price tag depending on when it came out. Kemco must have 10 or so out. All with high user ratings.
