I'm about 5'9 or 5'10 (maybe 5'9.5?). My weight seems to fluctuate between 140-145, though I could be a bit off as I only weigh myself about two or three times a year. I run every day and sometimes do races: 5k, 10k, that sort of thing. I like biking too, but in Maine you can only bike outside about half of the year. Used to swim a lot when I worked at a YMCA, I'd like to get back into that eventually.
I'm really picky about what I eat and I do all the grocery shopping and cooking in the Bone household. Mostly all natural/organic foods and stuff from the local farmers markets and gardens.
There's a history of obesity and diabetes in the family, so I'm a bit paranoid I'd be susceptible to such things if I started slacking off. I could just be overly paranoid though, who knows.
