I'm about 5'9 or 5'10 (maybe 5'9.5?). My weight seems to fluctuate between 140-145, though I could be a bit off as I only weigh myself about two or three times a year. I run every day and sometimes do races: 5k, 10k, that sort of thing. I like biking too, but in Maine you can only bike outside about half of the year. Used to swim a lot when I worked at a YMCA, I'd like to get back into that eventually.

I'm really picky about what I eat and I do all the grocery shopping and cooking in the Bone household. Mostly all natural/organic foods and stuff from the local farmers markets and gardens.

There's a history of obesity and diabetes in the family, so I'm a bit paranoid I'd be susceptible to such things if I started slacking off. I could just be overly paranoid though, who knows.

I haven't weighed myself in years, so who knows. I have the typical softness you'd expect from a computer nerd/video gamer/couch potato, but not to the extent that I'm overweight. Even if I lost all my extra weight, I wouldn't have to buy any clothes. I've considered working out more, but my GF tells me she prefers this to rippling muscles. She's probably just telling me that to keep the competition low.

6'5" and 230 lbs - about the same weight that I was throughout high school and college. I was in a lot better shape then; so, I can only assume that since starting my career and having children the weight has transitioned from muscle to fat.

I could stand to lose thirty pounds or so, but I am holding off on starting a rigorous diet an exercise program until the littlest one (4 months) is sleeping through the night consistently. (Also, we do not plan on having any more children; so, no more "couvade" weight gain for me!)

Beast. From what I have read here, you would kill us all.

I am about 6'3 or 6'4 and I weigh about 340. I pretty much look like a football lineman, because I was. High school wrestling and football, and was briefly on Texas A&M team in college as a DT. I still have most of my strength, but have become out of shape. I wouldn't mind going back to 270ish like I was in high school. Sitting in front of a computer all day 50 hrs a week and a decent commute every day saps the energy when I get home. So it has been a goal to start getting back into shape.

I prefer to be thought of as a "gentle giant"...around whom you should tread very carefully because I would - in fact - kill all of you (except Jmustang1968, who would kill me).

I wasn't referring to the munchies. Beer is comparable to soda for calories.

that's why you replace soda and sugary drinks with water, or just beer sometimes. whatever the case, it worked :D

I'm 6' and about 185lb. Ive weighed right around the same since high school (I'm 30 now), but I wouldn't mind being in the same shape I was then. I didn't exercise much, but manual labor helped keep me fit.
