I really feel it in my gut that Jack Nicholson could have reprise his role as the Joker to make a darker, gritter version like he was nuts in The Departed or when he was crazy in The Shining. What inspired me even deeper on that feeling was Batman: Under the Red hood.MrPopo wrote:And that's why I'm still annoyed that they didn't give the role of Joker to Mark Hamill.AppleQueso wrote:Well that's because Batman TAS is the best adaptation of the character, period.
Gonna be honest, when I seen Heath Ledger's performance, he looked so drugged up that to me, he seemed too incompetent as The Joker where when Jack Nicholson is crazy, he still has complete control which makes it so diabolically brilliant.
When I think of Heath Ledger, I think of a hyped up movie that Montel Williams lost his job over because he spoke out against it talking about the troops dying over seas ( slightly off topic, but the point is.. ) that the media really hyped this movie up with his death.
