Congrats bmoc!

I can related man. I the past ~50 days, I started a new role (still in tech industry) & listed my house for sale (as you may have seen in BST sell off & CRT off load) been a wild ride. Staying in same general area.

Dropping in to say hi. I've been fairly MIA bc work, family, and IRL stuff been taking up most of my schedule.

Your Uhaul trips = my 8 to 10pm trips to storage unit 8) ... exhausting but well worth it. Considering it a 10 year move.

Stay well gents. Shoot me a DM or text if you guys need anything.

I've been fairly MIA too. We are still settling in and there still some unboxing to do. I hope your new role and move is going well.

It's spring break right now for me. It's been a wild few weeks. I'm working three jobs now, my mom just got diagnosed with breast cancer, my grandma moved in with us to help out and now she's broken her foot so I have to take off 2 jobs on Saturday and drive her home to Louisiana. Messed things up with a woman and made a bit of an ass of myself too... Stressful times! Least I got money in my pocket.

Welcome to young adulthood, SM!

In all seriousness, however, I appreciate you updating us, and I hope things start looking up soon.

Damn, dude, that sucks. I'm glad you seem to be staying optimistic though.

Same man! I know moving is exhausting. Fortunately my first time to move in 8 years.

Speaking of... my current house was under contract in 3 days . Great news. Fortunately have a lease back until June so have some runway to find a place.

How's the new job? I started end of January so in full swing now.

@SamuraiMegas - hope all is well brother. I've seen the tone of your post change of the years (like many of us, myself included). Definitely on the way to being an old man like many of us 8) ... I was probably an old soul to begin win.

:) Asked my manager at Duck Donuts when I'd be on the schedule and it's looking like I might start getting hours as soon as early April, which is in two weeks...

:( ... or as late as Easter week, which is a month from now.

 Had a few issues with my Project Eris build for the modded PlayStation Classic consoles that are looking like they'll be Easter presents. So I've decided to start over from scratch. This time, I'm using the carousel exclusively for PS1 games and using EmulationStation for the classic stuff.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I'm doing good and I'll be fine. Mostly just wish I understood women
That part didn't even go that poorly, but I'm sick of being single, lol.

Try being gay in a predominantly straight town.

You could also try discounting other people’s problems by making everything about you. I hear that works for some folks.
