I think their FAQ says no memory card hardware support. It will save everything internally, and on virtual memory cards.

Hmm can't say I'm a big fan of that unless there's a way to transfer that back on a SD card to the PC just in case of an emergency. At least they're not charging more though for even more parts and blocks of junk attached to it.

Small nit pick here... maybe I'm OCD...

How do you store or display extra modules not hooked up? How do you bring them to conventions, etc without getting scratched up? You almost need a small case for each or some custom case.

I like the modular idea, but then again it isn't the most practical design if you plan on buying several add ons.

Again, maybe I'm more OCD than most.

That's good news.
The modules will be packaged in lovely, well protected boxes that should fit nicely in your bookshelf alongside your games. We will reveal images of the packaging during the Kickstarter campaign.

I came across an interview today that has the closest thing to a release date I have seen. http://thegww.com/q-a-the-polymega-with-bryan-bernal/
At this point, we’re going to launch a pre-order campaign “when it’s done,” which may be on a crowdfunding site or some other means. We plan to be at that point later this fall, and when that happens you’ll be able to pre-order the system which will have a target delivery of summer next year.
They also mention scanline and composite filters in the article which is the first I have heard of it. I would have been shocked if they did not have a scanline option. However, I was beginning to worry a bit because none of their promo videos have featured any filters that I am aware of.
