Re: Moon Diver (aka Necromachina)
This was actually made by the same guy who made strider, Kouichi "Isuke" Yotsui. He made three games that were pretty much just like Strider. Strider (arcade) Cannon Dancer/Osman (arcade) Moon Diver The strider 2 on psx actually had nothing to do with him which i find strange since Moon Di...

Re: So as im watching "THE WIZARD", wondering......
You're thinking of one of many john hughes classics, Weird Science. Oh, and there was that crappy edward furlong movie, brain drain. Also, Existence and i cant remember the name, but there was a straight to dvd horror movie starring malcolm in the middle about "what happens when the game...gets...

Re: Freezes, glitches, and save files lost... NERD RAGE!
One of the more heart-breaking moments of my teenage life was the day when I came home and my 40-memory-cards-in-one psx memory card died, thus deleting the last 3-4 years of my gaming. I kinda went into shock for a sec, like it didnt register but man did that suck bad...I never bought a third party...

Re: PS3 version of Portal 2 just started looking better
Someone please describe the process of linking PS3 and Steam accounts for me? I could care less about the PS3 copy, but a token Steam voucher would be just lovely. Im not sure, but it sounds more like they are going to offer some sort of ps3 steam service that you can link to your pc steam account....

Re: Hyperdimension Neptunia
Im playing it right now and, i gotta say, im pretty disappointed. Im not sure what i was expecting but i was definitely under-whelmed. The concept is what hit me as interesting. Everything else after that fact has let me down. The animations are shite. The story is kinda ridiculous, though its prett...

Re: Marvel VS Capcom 3 Launch Party PICS & MY REVIEW, + SSFIV3DS
Got me the collector's edition last night! My old MVC thumb calluses are getting bigger again... This game really is a shit-ton of fun, though. I cant get enough of deadpool and even the older characters, like iron man or spider-man, which are basically just 3D renditions of the old 2d sprites, seem...

Re: Marvel VS Capcom 3 Launch Party PICS & MY REVIEW, + SSFIV3DS
MAN. I WANT. THIS GAME. SO. BAD. ... SO BAD!!! So, it didnt feel dumbed down with the three-button, tatusnoko vs capcom approach? That event looked SWEEEEET, by the way. I hope you like the Bullseye vs Deadpool tpb, also. Its quite possibly the funniest deadpool storyline Ive ever read, with back to...

Re: METAL GEAR SOLID (HD remakes)
Well, id buy this in a heart beat. Id buy it for 100 bucks. Even if mgs1 sucks in whatever way they decide to port it, having mgs2 and mgs3 with high resolution textures and wide screen would be a godsend. If it came down to what my choice would be between the original mgs1 and twin snakes, Id have ...

Re: Best Nintendo DS Flash Cart for a Newbie
The supercard two is by far the best. It has a seperate processor which makes proprietary programs possible, like the gba emulator so you can play your gba games on a dsi. It works really well and really fast. It also patches certain games with new security measures that other cards dont support, li...

Re: The Comic Book Thread
What was your favorite comic storyline/Crossover Event? Final Crisis/? For me, that was one of the most overly-complicated messes of a story I've ever seen in comics. I didn't like it. Both Crisis on Infinite Earths and Infinite Crisis were much better Crisis stories, IMO. It made me sad because I ...
