In the movie Waynes World you can see some screen shots of sonic the hedgehog in the background scenes of Noah's Arkade.

There is also the movie "The Last Starfighter" an mid 80's movie with heavy CGI scenes. (for being an 80's sci-fi flick)

What about the movie "War Games" with matthew broderick? that's even more old school!

i think the movie was called Stealing Harvard w/ Jason Lee hes playing Sega Genesis in a scene, i think it was like NHL whatever.lol

im trying to think of the name of the movie with John leguizamo where he was some big time gangster and he bought some poor Kid a Playstation lol it had just come out and i think the kid said it was 399 .. at the beginning of the movie they pan across a storefront window selling it and you can see a bunch of games for sale on the rack i remember seeing resident evil and laughing

The 40 Year Old Virgin has some MK: Deception fatalities, it's a funny scene, specially considering they are playing an Xbox game with an N64 controller.

Maybe it's unrelated but have you seen Postal or Silent Hill? Those 2 are pretty decent videogame-to-movie films.
