I have a Total Flat Panasonic and light guns fire, but are not aimed correctly... I know this is an old post, but you do need a 'Rounded Television', that is what the guns were designed for. what I mean by not aimed correctly; you shoot the center of the screen and it fires on the left. calibrating ...

Know that there are two pieces, the motor and shaft (one piece) and then the spindle plate (where the CD attaches). To remove that you have to pull, wedge, tug, twist it off. PLEASE DO IT GENTLY! One MAJOR thing people overlook is CD quality. the Cheapest CD-r's don't work. Avoid the value brands; use Sony or Maxell (I've had a lot of success with the two myself) also check your burn speed - the Sega CD is only a 2x drive... if you are burning @ 24 speed.. that is one reason. the absolute be...
