Re: Good Genesis RPGs that are somewhat affordable?

While I'm all about playing on the original hardware, if you have a PS2 look into the Sega Collection. It has Phantasy Star 2, 3, 4 & Sword of Vermilion. PS3/360 Sonic Collection also added PS1 IIRC. I'm playing PSIV now on this PS2 disc. I'd much rather the real thing but I found the game for $...

Re: The Never can finish an RPG syndrome

I second Erik, pick up a praised handheld RPG. Sometimes the minimum hour or so needed to sit down in front of a TV, make some progress, & save... is a barrier. Most handheld RPGs have solid save/quick save systems and/or you can put it to sleep. There is also the chance this just might not be y...

Re: Is Fire Emblem Awakening out of stock forever?

EBay > Search New Fire Emblem 3DS Sealed > Buy it Now only > Sort by Cheapest Price + Ship

I found a sealed copy from a seller with 100% feedback yesterday for $38.99 with free ship. Pretty jacked. Everywhere around me was sold out.

Edit: grammar

Re: Android games

Also check out the Phandroid forum games section. A lot of posts there on the subject.

Check out the Kemco RPGs. Symphony of Eternity is great. About 20 hours in main game. Solid turn based RPG! I'll try Eve of Genesis soon.

Re: Neo Geo Pocket Color Game Recommendations

Isn't Biomotor a Pokemon like RPG with robots?

I really enjoyed SNK v Capcom. That joystick works well... buttons & joystick are loud though lol. Can't really play it on an airplane ;)

Re: How is your Dreamcast gaming going on?

HD Shenmue headed to XBLA & PSN. So "will be available" for that one.

I live in the States & imported PAL.Shenmue II bc I'm not into original xbox. Great looking box set. Really stands out on my shelf.

I just started playing Silver... interesting little game.

Re: How is your Dreamcast gaming going on?

While there are only 14 RPGs on the system, several are exclusives: Elemental Gimmick Gear, Silver (also on PC), Record of Loddos War. Shenmue, Shenmue II, Skies, Evolution 1&2, PS Online 1& 2 are available elsewhere. Can't think of others off hand if others are exclusive: Timestalker, Grand...

Re: Good, lower priced SNES RPGs?

Thanks all! I'll look into those. I saw Breath of Fire during my hunt and have my eye on it even through it's going for more around $25 on Amazon. Looks like it would be well spent. My Wii's GPU is fried lol. Pixels blackout all over. I have a lauch console where the WiFi chips sits next to the GPU...

Good, lower priced SNES RPGs?

Hi all, I've always leaned towards the Genesis but there is NO denying the amazing RPG library on the SNES. I am looking for some quality RPGs, cart only in the $10-$20 range online. So far all I can think of in this price range is Illusion of Gaia and Ys III. If titles are cheap, but lackluster ple...
