I've only recently discovered City and Colour but what I've heard so far is fantastic.
The Way It Used To Be
The sound from the guitar in this vid is amazing to me.

Re: Xenoblade Chronicles out of print?
I'm seeing a ton of Gamestops holding "used" copies in the area of ANY zip code I put in. Just about every one within 20 miles of where I live (about 15 stores) have them as well.

Re: So what have you guys been watching lately?
My wife and I don't get a ton of time to ourselves right now because of our kids so we rarely get to sit down and watch anything current. Also, trying to get a 4 year old boy and 2 year old girl to agree on what to watch can be mind numbing, but they generally both like stuff I grew up with, which i...

Re: What beer does "everyone" drink where you live?
The main locally brewed beer around here (Florida) is Landshark. It's not terrible, but I tend to lean towards Blue Moon or the Sam Adams Alpine Spring. Right now Sam Adams Oktoberfest isn't bad either. My wife is from Montreal and we get up there once a year or so. When we're there, I enjoy Rickard...

Re: Next Gen Opinion?
Both the PS4 and XBone, unlike the 360 and PS3 at their respective launches, are very modestly powered. Using hardware that has been tested in tablets and laptops for the last few years. Can you elaborate on this a bit? Admittedly I haven't boned up on the hardware particulars but your description ...

I've seen this game a few times in GS for $1.79 and never thought to pick it up. Is it really that bad?

Re: Games Acquired 2013
I've slowly been trying to amass a collection of GC first party games. Today I went to a newly opened Play N' Trade in my area and they had Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door (non best seller) complete and in near mint condition for $13.00. It was just sitting there in between a bunch of sports gam...

Re: Getting smells out
+1 for the dryer sheet method. I bought Chrono Cross on eBay last year and it came to my house reeking of cigarette smoke on the manual and discs. I dropped a lightly scented dryer sheet into the games case and a week later the smell was completely gone. If you don't mind waiting, throw them in a la...

Re: Metal Heads Assemble!!
Of course, as much as I hear people rip on Nu Metal, I only know of... Korn. I guess P.O.D. or somesuch might count? Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, Slipknot and Evanescence had huge mainstream popularity during late 90s and early 2000s and must be the metal bands that have had the most mainstream succes...
