Also are the SFIV pads for the 360 and PS3 worth it?

Street fighter guides
Just wondering if anyone can recommend any decent guides for any of the street fighter games. I've started playing SSFIV and keep getting my ass kicked. Wouldn’t mind some good info on the alphas and SF3 as I'm struggling with them all.
Also are the SFIV pads for the 360 and PS3 worth it?

That should help you a bit. It's not comprehensive but it lists great advice for how to play in a VERY streamlined format. It also covers some other popular Capcom fighters.
I have the PS3 Mad Catz pad and it is pretty good. Very comfy to use. It is not perfect, however. It needs batteries and does not use blue tooth (it has a usb wifi dongle) and has no wired option.
The 360 version of the same controller DOES have a wire - but no wireless option.

Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

noiseredux: What *is* that pad I've never seen one like that before for the PS2
Re: Street fighter guides
It's the Street Fighter Anniversary Collection controller. It's actually very affordable, NIB on Amazon.

Here you go:
http://iplaywinner.com/guides/
http://shoryuken.com/ (SRK has many guide links right on the home page)
http://www.eventhubs.com/ (EventHubs also has multiple game guides)
To answer your other question, the pads on 360/ps3 definitely get the job done. I have one for each system, but never use them anymore because I only play stick now. Going back and using a pad is extremely awkward now for me since the transition.
I have two of those pads for ps2 featuring Ken and Ryu, but when I play fighters on ps2 I use this:

Re: Street fighter guides
I've decided to go for the madcatz pad for the 360 and ps3. Going to try and track down one of those pads for the PS2 but other than the odd one on ebay I'm kind of stuck. Amazon.com have them but don't seem to ship to the UK.
