I have the PS3 Mad Catz pad and it is pretty good. Very comfy to use. It is not perfect, however. It needs batteries and does not use blue tooth (it has a usb wifi dongle) and has no wired option.
The 360 version of the same controller DOES have a wire - but no wireless option.
