Re: Games Acquired 2016
I really only want a digital game catalog for just me anyway, so I also just use a Google Sheets for them. That way I can update it from my main PC when I get new stuff, but I can check something from my phone if I'm out and about hunting or what have you. Though honestly, I check my spreadsheets of "things I want" or "games I need cases for" far more than the one that catalogs what games I have when I'm out looking for stuff.exonerator wrote:I used to admin vgcollect before the webmaster went MIA and the crap edits/submissions that new users would add to the already rudimentary database drove me nuts (example: Super Mario Bros. and The Legend of Zelda for NES would be submitted as "mario" and "zelda" by people in remote Eastern Europe quite frequently). I since used (and still use) Excel to catalog my games, and I only use rfgeneration because people on these forums can't view my spreadsheet easily, unless I use google docs or something.

I use Google Docs which works well because I can put what I want on it and it's easy to access and share from anywhere.exonerator wrote:I used to admin vgcollect before the webmaster went MIA and the crap edits/submissions that new users would add to the already rudimentary database drove me nuts (example: Super Mario Bros. and The Legend of Zelda for NES would be submitted as "mario" and "zelda" by people in remote Eastern Europe quite frequently). Did you guys see Wisdom Tree is puting out a plug & play with their games? Ha! Now that's random.
I track mine in Excel also regarding counts on games per system library & money in/out. Have yet to tackle categorizing my collection by titles. Need to do that. Have definitely picked up doubles in the past by accident.

Hit up the pawnz and game stores of Augusta, ME today with prfsnl_gmr. Found some great stuff. Doubt I'll be getting any more this month, so here we go.

@ Sarge, how much will that guy run you? Interesting novalty.
@ Elkin, danggggg son. I need to look @ your gameroom thread. This year, I trimmed down my collection to 319 games + 3 Flash carts/EverDrives by my last count (down almost exactly 33% from 475 before). You almost passed my total
, this year!

It's actually the 4th installment of a relatively new JRPG series. We didn't get the other three here in the States, sadly.

Nice. I'll look up some gameplay footage. I really think we'll get some swan song 3DS RPGs coming up. Still 10+ 3DS RPGs on my to buy list!BoneSnapDeez wrote:It's actually the 4th installment of a relatively new JRPG series. We didn't get the other three here in the States, sadly.
