I somehow lost all of my Game Boy Mega Man games - except for Mega Man V.

Thank God for that.

I think one significant barrier is storage & displaying. A lot of folks love their wall of games more than the software.

Handheld carts are difficult to display & show off. Most of the cardboard boxes are long gone.

Recently saw a home video of me opening new GB games for my birthday. I still have those carts, no idea when or how the boxes dissappeared over time.

Also, I personally like my collection nice & organized, where I call pull out a desired title that I know exactly where it is... which can be a task for tiny GB carts.

I concur

I keep my Game Boy carts in baseball card sleeves. It's amazing for organizing, it's cheap, it looks great and you can keep them in a binder for simple storage. Add a little velcro at the top if you want to secure them.

Edit: I think a Racketboy top 25 (or even better, 30-50 to get more obscure stuff in there) would be great. There are a lot of them out there for Game Boy but they're all pretty samey.

If you do a top list, you wont get many things off the beaten path. It will be Mario, Pokemon, Zelda, Dragon Warrior 3, Revenge of the Gator, etc. How about people list games that they think are lesser known? Like Great Greed or Heiankyo Alien.

Okay, a top 25 hidden gem GB list thing then. Sounds good. Now who among us has it in them to create such a thread?

I bought a ton of DS cases for my GB/GBAs. GB fits pretty well if you are willing to trim things with an x-acto knife.

Personally speaking, I think it would be better to have multiple Top 10 lists divided up by genre. That way, people get exactly what they want to get instead of having to dig through a massive list of games they mostly don't care about.

But that's just this little bear's opinion.
