I didn't like the touch control minigames, and the D-pad wasn't as comfortable to use. I will give it another try though, cause I checked some youtube videos and it didn't seem THAT bad, so maybe I didn't give it a fair chance when it came out?pepharytheworm wrote:What made it horrible, HORRIBLE? I tried out Diddy on the DS and I felt the same, so you may not be crazy about remembering it as not a good thing. My brother had the N64 game and I enjoyed the stages I played, didn't touch the silver coin suicide junk as it was infurating, but the DS version the controls to me were just plain awful and the forced touch junk was annoying.
As far as Majora goes, no, just no. It's not a good game. It's a short title with a lot of repetition to it around the whole design of it due to the short days, loses in skipping back in time, and the heap of annoying and really utterly useless masks that are there only to lengthen a short game they slapped together with the Ocarina engine. That game by far is the least fun of any of the console releases, been calling it majora's mistake for years, and with Nintendo's resources it should be put to something new and quality, not an old rerun of a divisive game like that.

Wow mature, rewriting my post about that reprehensibly shitty game. Fine if they redo it, make it an eshop game for the WiiU. Make those majora lovers put their money where their mouth is like they did with Earthbound. >:]

Relax mate. It's a pretty common joke on these forums. And everybody is entitled to their opinion. For example, I think all 3D Zeldas are kind of shit, with the exception of the Windwaker (egoraptor's sequalitis episode on ocarina of time sums up my feelings pretty well)Tanooki wrote:Wow mature, rewriting my post about that reprehensibly shitty game. Try it on the 3DS. Using the circle pad might make it better for you. I found Mario 64 played much better.ZeroAX wrote:I didn't like the touch control minigames, and the D-pad wasn't as comfortable to use. Yeah and I pretty much agree with that sentiment too.ZeroAX wrote: Relax mate. It's a pretty common joke on these forums. And everybody is entitled to their opinion. We all have our opinions...I played OoT off & on for a year straight lol... no lie. Beat it 3 times the first year of release. Great game that personally drew me into Hyrule much deeper than the previous 3 titles.
