I don't think it can be called overrated, was there really much hype surrounding it? I know it was generally well received but I don't think it had awards piling up or anything. I thought it was good enough for what it was, certainly not a piece of trash compared to a lot of other fodder of the same genre available for the system.

Ah crap..... What have you done??? I don't need excuses to grab it at launch. And don't forget Resogun either... that looks great.

I got Infamous free after the hacking incident, and I liked it enough to finish it. Three stars if you ask me. It wasn't trash, but whenever I tried to punch someone or climb something I kept thinking about how much better Sly 2 is.

I was exaggerating my thoughts, to be honest. I just didn't like the game. I don't know why. A lot of people raved about it, the reviews were good and a lot of people recommended it, so I picked it up, but I didn't like the game at all.
Own: Sega Mega Drive, Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast, Playstation 1, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Playstation 5, PS Vita, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Nintendo Gamecube, Nintendo Wii U, Nintendo Gameboy Advance, Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo Switch, Xbox, Xbox 360
I'm with the shiny-new-things crowd. I already made a space for one at home. I have two reserved, so the second one will go in my office. I will buy an Xbox One if it gets a ton of exclusive shoot-em-ups like the 360.
I'll probably buy a PS3 copy used after it comes out as well.
But, I want the game I've been shown for a year, and the closest target appears to be the PS4 version. Everything they've shown has been PC, but there's no PC talk ... and frankly, I want a disc without importing it. That's just not something Konami would do on PC in North America. So: PS4.
