Kirin is fine but Ack is totally right. Sapporo kills it big time.

Samurai start w something like tuna if you want to ease into sushi.

I have tried sushi, but it's not for me. I just tried a single egg, lol

Tamago sushi is tame as all get out, egg is just egg on rice basically. He's right go for spicy tuna, or if you want something fairly safe go with the salmon. I personally like the cooled eel (unagi) best as it has this amazing non fishy flavor to it, nothing quite like it.

The eel is also usually cooked. Raw eel is uncommon.

I live in the path of totality for the eclipse and it is already getting crazy. My wife went to the grocery store yesterday and the bread isle is already decimated. For the past two months, Facebook yardsale pages have been littered with people trying to rent out their property as campsites. Two days ago, the college I work at finally told non-essential staff that they don't have to come in on Monday because traffic is expected to be nuts. I am expecting mobile phone service to epically tank over the next few days due to the massive influx of people into a rural area.

I've gassed up both cars and we got plenty of food to get us through the week. But more importantly, I'm recording the Defenders with PlayOn in case the Internet dies on us over the weekend.
