Seaman got a PS2 release if I recall correctly. But the latter is a def still a DC/Naomi Exclusive.
That's a surprise. You barely hear anything of that game in the mainstream to warrent a port. Thanks for the info.

the PS2 version was released in Japan only, where Seaman was hugely popular.

I think at that time Sega was trying to recoup whatever they could and would ported Snail Maze. Also looking back i believe they had threw in the towel sooner than we thought and decided to become a third party publisher.
Curtsy when you walk by that Dreamcast

Hey it was popular enough to warrant a sequel that we never saw stateside. I kinda wanted the Peking Man.

I used to hate Seaman soo bad, because i couldn't figure out how to play. i thought it was broken... As a french canadian, all games were released in English only. I couldn't speak english, therefore, never made it work...

It must have been popular in Japan because the voice recognition engine for japanese voice is pretty accurate (easy language sound wise) and they also did pets/animals/insects... + they are soo shy that it feels good to speak to someone, even if its a virtual friend ;)
