Bah, get a rocknroller:mjmjr25 wrote:Yeah - you really need industrial steel dolly's w/nylon or similar casters. Those fiberglass dolly's w/pneumatic tires at home depot are so shiny and advertise huge weight...they're just terrible. I learned my lesson...twice. They are just terrible / cheap. I'm back to a beat up, ugly, orange painted but all black marred beast from the 70's. It's ugly as all get out - but it'll haul anything.

My R10 has carried numerous cabs, thousands of light kits, and recently a lot of lumber. It can hold 40 2x4s without much issue, or 21 portable projector screens. It is rated for 500lbs, but I have carried almost 1000lbs on it. Best of all it folds flat enough to fit in an average sedan's trunk. I have checked mine on for flights, taken it to countless conventions, and used it as a third man when cutting on the table saw... Recently it was used to transport my MST3k bots to Seishuncon.
If you plan on using it on grass, get an R12. The bigger wheels are worth the price uptick.
