When I was younger, I regularly woke up at 5 AM just so I would have extra time to watch TV, play games, or finish homework that I forgot to do that was due that day. I still keep that policy, but I'm not crazy enough to wake up that early anymore.

These days I'm typically 5:45a during the week & 6:45a on weekends. I'm old...
