I finally got around to getting a better shelving option for my US Saturn games, and also putting each one in one of those protective clear plastic boxes (bought them here http://www.videogameboxprotectors.com/store/4569532134)

really quite pleased with this as it is now much easier to play my games without worrying about scraping and scratching a case when pulling them off the shelf. Seems rather nerdy but US cases are so hard to replace and keeping mine tip top shape it was worth. I now just need to get a better shelf for my JP saturn games and sleeve those, at least with JP saturn games any shelf made for music CD's will work just fine

I beat it recently with a regular pad and it was fine. Doing loops isn't as accurate as it would be with the 3D pad for obvious reasons but otherwise you'll be fine.

The sad thing is that's a steal for US saturn games since that works to about $35 a game.
I'll still pick up the odd Saturn game just to have an original...but I must admit that the modchip I got several years ago has really come in handy.
Geeze... $1932. Was one of those imports worth a lot. I have many of these & valued my SS much less... missing the biggie with PDS though.

I was considering getting a extra Standard pad at some point. Im noticing for about $5-$6 in some cases you can just get another system with the controller.. :?

here is the speaker setup I use on my RGB setup, for $40 shipped it sounds fantastic, max the bass and play some sega genesis on a model 1 and wow! One word of warning though, the speakers do not have the best magnetic shielding so don't put them right next to the screen or it can cause a little distortion. I just put them up on a shelf, works awesome.
