I will always be drinking something. If it is a laid back experience, I am drinking water. If it is going to be a long game experience or an intense one, I usually have some caffeinated soda.

Every Thursday I eat dinner while playing a game. Yes, a full dinner. Fastbilly has no idea how often I have successfully picked a lock, shot a dude, or decapitated a clan rat while also carving a steak.

I am always drinking water throughout the day so I didn't put that.

I'm typically drinking black coffee (mid morning) or unsweat tea (afternoon). So #1 caffeine other than soda. I cut diet cokes about 1 yr 3 months ago.

#2 vote I chose alcohol because I will sit down with a cold light beer & a game (or movie) to relax.

Because coffee, tea, & beer are diuretics, the 30oz Yeti is always by me with cold water.

Food is a no-go during gaming. I'm not a good snacker. I'll just keep eating until it's meal sized in calories  so I stick to a small breakfast (typically breakfast bar), lunch, dinner. Nothing really between.

I don't eat while gaming. I do not understand why it's so common to eat while doing something interactive that requires both hands. Do you guys eat while driving too?

While my answer to your question is yes, your car analogy is more like eating a couple fries while sitting at a stop light.

I almost always have something to drink near me while playing, be it water, soda, etc. I'll occasionally have an alcoholic beverage as well.

I usually try to not eat while gaming, but if I do, it's usually some pretzels or something without residues.

I dont eat those brands but the basic idea is the same, i used to eat cookies and drink chocolate milk while gaming when i was younger but now barely. Now usually i just drink soda or any drink i can get.

I try to avoid all the greasy food away from my controllers.

I know it's terrible and sometimes a recipe for Hershey squirts, but yeah... I like to cheat a little on the weekends.

If I am gaming it is almost always next to an IPA or a glass of Scotch (Lagavoulin 16 or Laphroig 10)

I very rarely snack while gaming though.
