I enjoy their videos, they're fun to watch even if you already know all the info in them. But I find that a lot of their videos I end up learning a few things.

If you don't already know about it, check out this site: https://displaylag.com/display-database/

There might be other similar sites, that's just the one I know of off the top of my head.

I really lucked out with the two HDTVs that I bought, but the next TV I get I will research the input lag before I buy. I bought my parents a Sharp HDTV a few years ago. This past Christmas, I tried my NES Classic on it. It's unusable. The TV doesn't have a game mode, but even with all the modes turned off there's an unacceptable amount of input lag. It's so bad, it's completely unplayable.

The Framemeister is great, I'm not saying DON'T get one. I love mine enough to overlook the things that annoy me about it. But yeah, there are a few things that could stand to be improved.

Oh, tell me about it. I probably spend more time tinkering with shit than I do actually playing games.

FYI, Solaris site now shows April 28th. Moved out a month.

^That stinks. :(

A new batch of OSSC units should be shipping in March according to the latest newsletter. Given my number on the waiting list, I should be able to get one as long as they made at least 350 of them.

If any of you are at all interested in getting one, I urge you to sign up for the newsletter and get on the waiting list sooner rather than later. https://www.videogameperfection.com/newsletter/
