That reminds me, Castleavania: The Bloodletting on 32X. It would could have completely changed the course of the series since its cancellation led to Symphony of the Night.

Still, Sega seems to have a track record with cancelled Castlevanias.

Gah, I always forget about Bloodletting. Probably because iirc it was even more unfinished than Resurrection is Edit: Yes. The Bloodletting, if that was even its name, has a grand total of 3 extant sprites as opposed to the demos that exist of Resurrection

And yes on the Sega curse... though their one completed game was pretty good honestly!

How about the ever-rumored Metroid: Dread? I don't know if it was ever confirmed to actually exist, but I wish it did!

I had a thread on this unreleased game last year.

A 3D RPG in the centipede universe was in the works.

Towers II actually looks decent on the Jag (only RPG on the system). Like to think this one would've been cool too.

Zelda DD / Gaiden / Ura:

Following the development of Zelda 64 was so utterly strange back in the day. They have some magazine scans of issues I had here that have tons of screens of things that weren't even in the game. Such a strange mystery for the per-internet days.

I'm pretty sure it just ended up being just a rumor. However there was that unfinished N64 game that evolved into Fusion on the GBA.

What's crazy is that there are really awesome looking complete maps of it.

Someone had way too much free time on their hands I guess haha... because yeah as far as I know it was never officially confirmed to be real or in production.
