I seriously doubt more than 25 percent of Wii owners are even aware that downloadable games exist on the system. It's just a market that hasn't much taken off on the Wii.

that would help a lot. i haven't seen too much VC lately. too much Wiiware.
I haven't even delved in yet. I plan to pick up Mega Man 9 and 10 of course. But I'd really only download stuff that I had to have and was not available physically.
Again, Nintendo has a cap on Wiiware game sizes that is far lower than that of XBLA or PSN. Correct me if I am wrong, but Scott Pilgrim is a 180 meg game, and the Wiis internal memory is 512 with something like 490 open to enduser. I think the cap is 40 megs on Wiiware, so without some major changes, it couldnt happen. End of story. Its not a "Wii doesnt have the market" issue it is simply a different kind of numbers game.
